These are proactive reminders for several of the key subdivision guidelines which are found in the CORO covenants. Please be sure to reference the appropriate Phase Covenants for your property.
Boats and trailers of any kind can only be kept in your driveway for a few days at a time for preparation and clean up. Long term storage is allowed only if the trailer/boat is not visible from the street (i.e., in a garage or behind landscaped screenings).
Sprinkler systems cannot be installed within the easement alongside the street. The easement extends approximately 15 feet from the edge of the road onto your property. This applies to all phases of the community as reflected in the covenants. This is required by both the SC DOT and York County. The POA specified mailbox and your driveway are the only allowed construction in the easement.
Inoperable vehicles should be stored in a garage or out of plain sight from the street.
The wooded area between the church driveway and adjacent homes is property of the CORO POA. This area is to remain undisturbed an in its natural state as a visual screen to the rear of the properties along May Green Drive.
These are approved for pedestrian, bicycle and electric golf carts only. No motor vehicles or contractors may use this pathway
Off-road vehicles are prohibited from operating anywhere in the subdivision, including the streets and on your own property.
